heidisql lost response and become dead when copy many sql statements into query editor

when I copy 10000 rows of sql statement into the query editor, the heidisql become inactive,and when you click the mouse on the heidisql ide,the ide has no response and become dead,and I have to restart heidisql ide. and also,when I copy several thousands of sql statements into the editor,it takes serval seconds to show these statements in the editor,and then when i click mouse in the editor,it reponses(the cursor location appears) very very slow. forgive my poor english. thank you. |

Yes, this is a limitation of SynEdit. You can file a bug report on the SynEdit project, but unfortunately there is not much activity there. |

SynEdit is built into HeidiSQL, it's the query editing memo you see in query tabs, the sql history and on which you can customize highlighting. |
