Written by ansgar 1 year ago 3972 posts since Fri, 07 Apr 06	Cannot reproduce that here. Did you ever update your libmysql.dll? Could be you're using an old one, as the error happens in that dll. To find out the version of that dll, just hover your mouse over Heidi's status bar panel which tells you the server version (e.g. "MySQL 5.1.2"). In the hint popup you will find a "Client version" - please report back.

But however, the above callstack shows the error is within that lib somewhere. The relevant code parts in HeidiSQL look ok to me, nothing extravagant in it. Can you reproduce that exception?

Written by ansgar 1 year ago 3972 posts since Fri, 07 Apr 06	Ok, "very often" also implies that it's not always crashing. Even more mysterious then. However, libmysql.dll error, not HeidiSQL. Could also be your table is corrupted somehow.
