adding parameter to proc

parameters tab:

1.Say I have 10 params, I see only top 5 as window is that big,
click add, new paramter is added to bottom of list, doh I don't see anything has happened ! Automatic scroll down to bottom should be performed.

2. I would expect, focusing one of parameters and then clicking add, new param would be added there, not on bottom of list.

-->2. I might add that that is the way it woks at adding columns to tables, also there is that functionality available on right click.

Should be better now in r4188.
