Customize Toolbars

Is there a way to customize the current toolbars? If not, what are the chances we could get that option? For example, in the Preferences window, on the Shortcuts Tab under the SQL group...I would LOVE to have the ability to add the Un/Comment function added to the toolbar! There are several more that I use regularly and have a difficult time remembering obscure key combinations:(.

PS: I primarily use HeidiSQL Portable if that makes a difference...
