Error: Data too long for column 'campus' at row 1 - when importing csv

I got an error: Data too long for column 'campus' at row 1 when importing csv file.

Can someone here assist me on this.

Well, the message says it: Your CSV file contains a value for the column "campus", which is longer than the column definition allows. You could either shorten the value in your CSV file, or change the column definition of "campus", from let's say VARCHAR(50) to VARCHAR(100), or whatever you need.
