GUI behaviour under Windows

Hi,

Is there a chance for the columns to behave in a more standard way?

Double clicking a column separator should expand the column to size of the widest data in that column and increasing/decreasing the width of a column should move the columns to the left/right not resize its neighbour.

Cheers,
Taomyn

That's the way it works in HeidiSQL. While I have no clue which list/columns we are talking about.

I've found this behaviour now and then but never took the time to report. It happens in all columns (except the first one) in:

- Table editor/ Indexes
- Table editor/ Foreign Keys

I rarely use Excel and detest it.

Compared to every other tool I use, this behaviour is wrong (VMware VSphere, Windows Explorer not IE, every MS MMC the list goes on). The only time I've come across the current behaviour before are on horrible Java apps.

Try also Processes, for me it's everywhere along with auto-refresh which makes no sense either (why do I get auto-refresh when viewing a table definition).

Perhaps I was just spoilt by the MySQL admin tool before Oracle screwed with it).
