Access violation at editing index column

When altering an index column (Indexes tab) I get an AV with the following steps;

First click at the name of the index column (so you can alter/type the index column name).
Then press the TAB key.
It always gives me an AV.
I tested it on different computers.

Yes, that's a known bug with the Tab key in drop down cells. I invested quite a few days on that but couldn't find a solution yet.
