Autorefresh new database

server/create new/database
Database gets created, expected would be that it would be shown right away, instead you have to do manual refresh.

Further:

If you drop database and do refresh HSQL stil shows as it would be there (despite numerous manual refreshs). Click on 'it' --> unknown database.

dropped database persists even after HSQL restart.
