I would find it useful to have an additional menu entry to create a temporary table analog create table.

Since a temporary table definition differs ony very little from a normal table defintion (ie CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE instead of CREATE TABLE, or using ENGINE=MEMORY clause), this could be a checkbox in the 'Options' tab.

Isn't that the same as if you would select "Memory" in the "Engine" pulldown menu?
