Database SQL Export Preselect Bug?

Hi,
i updated from an older portable installation (think version 8.0 or 8.1) to current 8.3. In my previous version it preselected the last values, in my case:
Output: Server: local
Database: shop
Or whatever i used last. Now every time the preselected output is "Single .sql file".
I tested the current release and the current nightly.

This is intentionally. For some users HeidiSQL preselected some no-longer reachable remote server, so the export dialog was waiting for the timelimit of 30 seconds to finish until it displayed. So, we decided to preselect "Single file" when a server was previously selected.

I'm thinking: most Windows GUIs don't provide their own setting for increasing its font size. For a good http://www.pass4-sure.ws/ reason: Windows already provides the font scaling option. I understand that you made blurry experiences with that, but how did you then manage to read other tools' menus and dialogs?
