User Manager is missing right panel

My user manager looks like this:


Whilst I'm used to seeing this:


at the moment I can't edit anything about a user or add a new one, even after pressing add

Oh never mind a factory reset in the options panel fixed this

I guess you can also maximize the window and drag the pane separator back to the left.
