this appears to be some kind of new windows 7 interprocess communication deep shit. as it seems to be caused by windows internal problems when accessing the task bar (=ridiculous 256-slot limitation in COM+ call) i'm really not sure wether you as user can do anything.

So... basically... I've reached a limit to something? What are you saying I've reached a limit to, exactly? It looks like your saying I've reached a taskbar limit.. or something. I just don't get it. Can you give me more info?
