Move more than one column within table editor

More than one cloumn can be marked (selected), but moving this group up or down does not move all of the selected columns.

E.g. I want to move cloumns 14, 15, 16 to 10, 11, 12, only cloumn 16 moves.

Would be nice to have this feature, esp. if table is quite big.

Confirmed, that this would make sense.

I guess the logic would be that all selected columns move one up (or down), as long as they don't reach the top (or bottom)?

Yes, that's exact the point.

I have some tables with over 100 columns. In such cases it would be very helpfull.

Has there been any movement on this? It still seems this is the case and it takes far too long to move a group of columns up or down in the editor.

Bumping this thread. Another alternative that would be great is a "Move to top"

I just pushed some code changes which should support moving more than one column at a time now. Please update to the next build 5770 and report back if that works for you.
