Integer formatting with MSSQL seems to be wrong

Hello!
I just noticed, that with MSSQL the formatting of an interger collum seems to be wrong.
Because my english is not perfect and complying with the old saying, "A picture speaks a thousand words", I added 2 pictures.

That's the local number formatting. This feature is enabled by default since the 9.0 release. You can disable local formatting in Tools > Preferences > Text formatting > "Local number format".

By the way, you can also attach images here in the forum. No need to make it more complicated.
