Can't open SQL files

Hello, I'm fairly new to SQL files. Currently I'm trying to get a private server up and running for my friends and I for World of Warcraft. I tried creating a custom item using wow-v.com. Wow-v puts your custom item into an SQL file for you. I'll save the file to my desktop, I'll open it right after the download from my browser. But every time I try and Open the file i get the same message, which is the error message shown with the attached image. I'm completely lost at how I am to resolve this issue. I've installed a 32-bit version first, when that didn't work I installed the latest 64-bit version which I currently have. Any help would be very much appreciated.

The dialog above shows a "(5).sql", not a "Starter Bow-34275.sql". How the hell do you manage to load a non-existing file?
