Why my IP is blocked ?

I get this error whenever I visit this website.

Your IP address has been blacklisted, or your request looks like you're watching out for security holes.

I have to use proxy browser to visit this website. My current IP 122.252.231.10

I assume this is some dynamic IP address and you don't have a clue about spam activities with that ip?

Almost all the time I get this IP from my ISP.
I took this connection about 6 month ago. From 1 month I am getting this IP. Do something, enable it.
