MySQL 5.7.8 User Manager "mysql.servers does not exists"

Using HeidiSQL 9.3.4998
When open user manager I got this error. Can't open manager.
"mysql.servers does not exists"

Edit: mysql db is default. I created with "mysqld --initialize" command

Sorry After running the "mysql_upgrade" command, worked. No problem.
