Importing CSV that has commas in the data

I have a CSV file created from Excel. The name field is "lastname, firstname". When I import, it separates the comma and makes it into 2 separate fields. So, I wind up with field 1 - lastname field 2 - firstname

It's replacing the quotations with asterisks and separating into 2 different fields. Any ideas how to make this into 1 field without editing all of the names to remove the commas?

I was able to solve the problem. In the "Fields enclosed by" I just had to put 1 double quote there and it imported the data correctly!
