Shift + mousewheel to scroll horizontally

Many programs allow for a keyboard modifier to change mousewheel scroll from vertical to horizontal. On Windows this is the shift key (not sure for other operating systems).

I'd love to see this implemented in Heidi if it's not a big technical hurdle.
