Exporting large LONGBLOB files produces a script that won't import

When we export tables with LONGBLOB content, it exports as binary x, which when run during import throws error for files that are larger than 2MB. I noticed that webyog or Devart dbforge mysql studio exports it as a string which worked. Perhaps we need to do that.
