Probably you had a second monitor connected before? If so, you can fix that with the following approach:

1. Exit heidisql
2. Start regedit.exe
3. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HeidiSQL
4. Delete all values starting with MainWin..., namely MainWinLeft, MainWinMaximized and so on.
5. Exit regedit and start HeidiSQL again to see if that fixed it.

I deleted MainWinLeft. Launched HeidiSQL and still the exact same problem , and again there appeared MainWinLeft
