Starting today my HeidiSQL doesn't start

I have Portable edition.

Exception message : Not enough storage is available to complete this operation, ClassID: {56FDF344-FD6D-11D0-958A-006097C9A090}. I'm sure I have enough free RAM and disk space.

Downloaded latest version, rebooted PC - no effect. Downloaded Installer package - it can not start because of the same error. Bugreport is in the file attached.

Update. I didn't turn my PC off but usually use hibernate function. But yesterday some important updates were installed and PC got rebooted. This may cause this.
