possible truncate of tables

It had happened twice this month with two of my collegues that some tables were truncated after an export. Is this possible? They were working with the last version of HeidiSql. We also, search in mysql log and there was a delete from table in the table. I really love HeidiSql and I want to be sure it was user problem and not a Heidi´s problem. Regards

I want to explain that the truncated tables were the origin ones not the destination.

There is one situation which would lead HeidiSQL to truncate the source tables: When exporting from one session to another session, which is in fact the same host just with a different session name. Then, when selecting "Delete + insert" for "Data" option in HeidiSQL's export window, would lead to an empty target (+ source!) table.
