login unsuccessful

Actually we have this software working fine around in the year 2012,but due to certain reason it was not used (May be PC problem ,Computer operator problem etc.Now we have again activated that PC which was containing this software.But after entering the Username & password it login successfully but said it is offline. later if we are starting this software it is not allowing to Log in saying username or Password is invalid. Actually both username & password is right we have logged in in 1st attempt. so what is the solution ? is it that it requires Internet connection ? pls help

Man, you need to dive a bit deeper into what HeidiSQL does: it connects to a MySQL server, which can be on the same or on another computer, or even somewhere on the internet. So, if you get some message complaining about a wrong username or password, you have to ask the administrator of the MySQL server what's going on. Probably he is able to give you a new password.

But the software people who installed the package are no longer in contact ,no other support from any sourcei available. but in mozila if we view the source we can see the username & password is right.I have copied that source code in word.File is attached below. i will check the possibility of server or on internet inthe meantime. Noone but the administrator of the MySQL server will be able to help you. I can't as I don't have anything to do with your server.
