Hi.

I'm waiting for an specific upgrade for Heidi : background color change for a specific connection.

The reason is I have developement, qualification and production sessions with the same databases names, tables, stored procedure etc Sometimes, it's a little difficult to see if I'm on the Dev, Qualif or a Prod database.

What I would like : Have a red background color for Prod database Have a green background color for Dev database Have a blue background color for Qualification database

Thank you

That's already a feature: Rightclick the database tree, then point to "Tree style options", then click "Select session background color"

Has this functionality changed? I can't seem to find this option "Tree style options" when I right click on the database tree.

I have a color from a previous version of Heidi which needs to change, and I can't change the color.

It's still there. I just moved the dropdown for the session background color to the "Advanced" tab on the session manager.

Thanks! I just donated 40 euros. I've been using Heidisql for 8 years - such a great app.

Just wanted to let people know that when you go to the Advanced tab in the Session Manager, it's placed at the bottom of the window and there is no scroll bar if the window is too short. Making the window taller will reveal missing settings in this case.

Ansgar: Maybe the window size for the Session Manager should be resized on startup to include at least all settings in the window (if too short), or maybe add a scroll bar when the window content overflows? :)
