Add icon and title to command line window

If it's possible and it isn't too much of a hassle, it'd be nice to have a proper set of icon and title in the command line window that pops up from "Tools/ Launch command line"; maybe the same values used in Session Manager.

I'm not sure if that's possible at all. I'm just sending the command line to the operating system via ShellExecute.

Sorry, that Shell reference is like ancient Hebrew for me :(
