Problem with loading postgress db

Please fix libpq.dll up (I see error message, where "Invalid libpq.dll" message is located). 9.3.0.5067. All 9.4 is invalid too. Thanks for fix.

You might have the same problem described in another thread. Please update your HeidiSQL to the latest build and see if that solves that problem.
