mysql.bat not starting entirely correct

Ok my first problem was the error:
SQL Error: can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

I maybe know now what the problem is with it. I've got a program called mysql.bat, but this does not start up correctly. He does not finish starting up and hangs at two lines of text. Now I want to know how to let the program finish it well. Hope someone knows an answer.

nevermind it's just I downloaded some program with bugs I guess. downloaded an other repack, now that one works.

If I were you I would be curious why this did not work out, instead of blindly reinstalling stuff.

Well I just wanted to have a private server and the error was the only thing that held me back and I don't even know how to fix it, nor do I want to waste my time on this, since there are other repacksNow I have an other repack, and everything works fine.
