Move to Google Code done

I'm pleased to announce we moved our bug and feature tracker and SVN repository to Google Code.

Especially the tracker has a very clean and neat GUI. All you need for a bug report now is a Google account.

The binary download for the soon coming next release will be also located in Googles download list.
