New feature: Sum of database sizes in database tree

Revision 1465 adds a second column to the database tree on the left displays the size of all tables in a database and even the sum of all dbs in the very first "host node". Just click all databases once so their table lists are in the internal cache and Heidi calculates the size of the server's data directory:
