Please Help me GEt my SQL to work

Firstaly Wat is the Hosname/ip accualy suppose to be??
And the Username (root) doesn't work for me
Please HELP!!! :P :P happy :D

If I use the root name it says

Could not establis conection.Details!

SQL error:Acces denied for user 'root@localhost'(Using password:YES)

Are you hosting the MySQL server that you're attempting to connect to?
If not, which MySQL server are you trying to connect to?
