move query tab

It would be nice to move query tabs with the mouse like tabs in firefox

This is a function I nearly never used in FireFox or elsewhere. The current tabs implementation is slightly hackish as you can see when having multiple tab lines and suddenly the add button is gone. Not sure if we should even extend this ugly stuff.
