Export Tables - performance

Hi,

nice having you back doing this project, Ansgar!

Did you make significant changes on "export tables"?

Making a backup with HeidiSQL by using "export tables" with a database containing 58 tables was veeery slow. As the task was nearly completed the program froze, I had to shut it down.

Doing the same with of MySQLFront 2.5 was fast as always.

The MySQL-server version is 4.1

Yes, there are indeed big changes in the export-code and also the form.

To speed things up, you can try to deactivate "Extended Insert" in the options. I noticed that this option is making export very slow, although i don't know exactly why.

Thank you, Anse.

After deactivating the "extended"-option it ran a bit faster and (most important for me in this case) the program didn't hang in the end.

:)
