Need help with trying to import .sql to GoDaddy's phpmyAdmin

I dont' think you can import a .csv file into GoDaddy, so I created everything offline...exported it to mySQL 4.0...and tried to import the dump that way. Well when I do it, phpAdmin says that there is no Query. Any idea what to do about this? Anybody have the same problem?

Never seen that. Can you SSH in to the host? Then you can add a tunnel in putty/whatever and import with HeidiSQL directly..
