Viewing the database window while selecting the database under localhost some of my rows and sizes have a green highlight on them. I assume Heidi is telling me something but what? Also, if I select a table under my database and view it in the options window some of the datatypes are green, again I assume Heidi is telling me something. I should mention the database in question was converted to MySQL from MS Access. I didn't create the MS Access database so I don't know what the field types were designed to be. Again thank you in advance, and I am sorry if I am wasting your time but I need a starting point no matter how stupid some of my questions may sound. I appreciate all the help I can get until I can understand the logic of MySQL and understand what I need to do to make it read and write the data to it correctly. |

The tick marker on the database is telling you that this is the currently selected database. The data types can have a color in HeidiSQL, while green is the default one for text types. See Tools > Preferences > Data. |
