How to connect to MySQL server?

Hi, i'm emulating Windows on a mac with Parallels Desktop and i installed Heidi on my emulated operating system. If I were in a PC i would enter the IP 127.0.0.1 but here in the emulated os i don't know how to do it... would you help me? Thanks a lot!

Probably the wrong forum here ? I'd recommend looking for help on Parallels Desktop.
