Could not establish connection!

ok.. I Have WOW WOTLK server on ArcEmu Repack and when i start HeidiSQL push Connect! button comes error :
Could not establish connection! Details:

SQL Error : Can't connect to MySQL Server on '(my IP)' (10061)

:(

Halp meh plx

I tried to reinstall HeidiSQL, restart it, restart teh pc. HALP.

I always wonder what users try to fix by reinstalling HeidiSQL :)

However, your connection problem has been discussed widely in this forum. Couldn't find a matching post?
