Why do I get an error from phpmyadmin in HeidiSQL?

When trying to locally import a ~40MB SQL file using the HediSQL GUI I get the following error after about 5 seconds:

exception message : SQL Error (1064): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /var/www/phpMyAdmi' at line 112.

It is strange that HeidiSQL depends on something in the phpMyAdmin directory.

It is also strange that I get the 60 second execution timeout when I changed it to 3000 seconds.

It is ALSO strange that it happens after 5 seconds.

How can this be connected to HeidiSQL?

Sorry my bad, after a few hours (should have been minutes!) I found the problem.

When exporting the DB from the first place it timed out and wrote that error line as a last row.

Of course SQL can't process it!
