Two SQL server instances on one server

Hello,

I'm trying to connect server which runs two differet SQL servers instances

I'm using the following format: "ServerName\SQLSErverName" but it doesn't work for me, keep saying "Server does not exist"

Any ideas?

Which server ? MySQL or MSSQL ?

If there are 2 instances then possibly there are two different TCP port.

Both of them are MSSQL. One 2005 and other 2008

So do heidisqla direct connection on each TCP Port as each MSSQL Server is running on its own TCP Port.
