Access objects priority

In case we defined multiple access objects to 1 user, which ones are evaluated first?
For example:
user1
allow SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE access to db1
allow SELECT access to db1.table1

will the user have INSERT access to db1.table1?

Yes, definitely, as db1 includes table1. Second privilege is ineffective.
