Hi!

My database-root-user has connection to 200 Databases.
Can i export every database in a different file?

Database 1 => 1.sql
Database 2 => 2.sql

I don't want do use "directory export" because it creates a file for every table.

Please help! surprisedsurprisedsurprised

No, you can export multiple dbs or a single one into one file. Or, do it in 200 steps.

Well, it is. It's just more work :)

To be honest, having 200 databases to export is not a common usecase.

I solve it with mysqldump on my server command line and a bash file...

Yes, that's indeed a good choice for such rare situations.

I was just thinking you're one of the first Heidi users when you said 5 years. Indeed I started Heidi in April 2006, so it's already more than 8 years ago. Counting the early time to code MySQL-Front on top of it, that all started in August 2000 - 13 years ago.

The very first feedback mail from some Ben from Toronto: "Hi, I like your Mysql-front..." and included this very first question:
"1. can you set up an English website?"
It was a german website in the very beginning :)

Just being a bit nostaligic...
