During installation it shows "set up was unable to create the directory "c:\Program Files\HeidiSQL"
Error 5:Access is denied

seems your c:\Program Files directory does not allow creation of new subdirectories

Did you try to install as administrator into this directory ?

What's your Windows version? What HeidiSQL version are you trying to install? Does your user have administrator privileges? Do you get the User Account Control prompt?
