Duplicate row created when added from interface

Whenever I click the green plus icon to insert a row into my table Heidi runs the INSERT INTO command twice and I get two rows with the same data.

I have the same problem when I run a query from my site so I'm not sure if it's Heidi, the database settings, or my server. Anyone else have these issues?

Never heard before.

Do you see the INSERT command twice in HeidiSQL's log window, or do you just see the duplicated row in the table afterwards?

I see the INSERT command twice in Heidi's log. Then there are two rows in the table.
