Windows 8/10 background switching

On Windows 8/10 when the HeidiSql is running (and connected to server) and the windows is changing background the whole "UI" is redrawing many times. Its only happening on Windows 8 and 10, I used the Windows 7 without this problem for many years.

What do you mean exactly with "the windows is changing background"? I can't see anything obviously wrong on my copy of Windows 8.1 (though I only installed HeidiSQL yesterday and haven't really used it). What needs to be done to reproduce the issue?

The OS is Windows 10, but the same happens on Windows 8.1 too.

I came across this bug too with Windows 10. It appears it only occurs when Windows is set to change the UI colour automatically. Like in the image below: . It also causes the computer to become extremely sluggish when it's occurring.

Thanks for the info, i try to switch off the automatic color scheme, but still getting the error, i will try restart the windows when i have time.

But while this error exists i have to switch off the background switching while running HeidiSql.

And i got some random "force stops" too, but yeah win10 is not supported i know, i know.
