Postgres (pg): Tables with 0 columns.

I believe pg allows the creation of a table with 0 columns, whereas MySQL and Heidi enforce at least 1.
A minor issue I know,but a potential incompatibility.
What use is a relation without at least one column, by implication it can have no rows either?
