Table Search/Filter Interface for all columns

I really like HeidiSQL and using it since quite a while.
One thing that can improve my (and others) workflow isn't yet implemented.

I thought about an interface that make searching in columns even more comfortable and faster.
I imagine something similar to the PHP MyAdmin Search Interface.
This will help me a lot and save you so much time when you often search in tables. Than you don't need to write some long field names anymore and you can focus on the search itself.

Deeply like this feature in phpmyadmin Deeply missing it there. Specially, when You'll have to be carefull (searching in very large tables, which, if searched across all columns, can block db for more than minute) It would be great to have it in this wonderfull tool, which I found two weeks ago and love it already.

We would like to donate bigger amount (200e or so) if somebody write it

HeidiSQL has various filter features:

  • a multi column feature, auto-created with OR operators
  • a rightclick "Quick filter" menu with
    • the value from the focused grid cell
    • a prompted value
    • the string value in the clipboard, if there is one
  • the new quick filter can be appended to an existing one when you hold the Shift key while clicking

So, what's exactly missing in HeidiSQL, or, which use case needs another filter dialog, like the above mentioned from pma?
