Importing DATA FILES to another DATABASE

I have here database 1 with table of;
dbo.cats but data is empty.

I have database 2 with table of same dbo.catstable with data, I want to import all data of database 2 to database 1 instead of manually typing it coz it's hassle and I don't have too much time for that.

I'm very confused on how these exporting database to SQL works. I tried it before and I accidentally delete all data in database 2 and I panic. Sorry I'm not really into this kind of field.

Is it database 2 that is selected then output is the database 1? Please help.
