Copy and Sum of multiple selected values

Feature request: enable the selection of multiple values, in the same column or not, with shift-key (range) or control-key in a datagrid, and

1. display in the status bar the sum
2. when multiple values are selected, context menu should be limited e.g. only 'Copy'

Keep in mind that exactly one cell has focus with a blue background color. Summing up values from that column could be done. But I would not want to limit the context menu there, as the items are valid for the focused cell.

The sum of the column (displayed values only) would be nice, in status bar or in context menu. HS should check that field type is numeric before doing so. Thanks !
