Can I have a Query only build?

I am new to HeidiSQL, I like it immediately with its rich features.

When I do my work with databases, I have 2 working modes:

1. Maintain the the DBs, backup, restore, index, I am more alerted at this mode to avoid serious mistakes.

2. Query the data with SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE statements for a selected DB, display the results. I use SELECT for most of the times and I am more relaxed at this mode.

I hope there is a build of HeidiSQL for #2 only. When using it, I'll be less worried about destructing the DBs accidentally.

Is that possible?

Instead of a custom build, wouldn't it be easier for yourself if you just created two sessions to the same server with different user accounts? You could make a session where you connect as a root user to do backups and a session with the limited user just for doing SELECTs or whatever you are relaxed doing.

If you manage multiple servers, make a folder for each server in the session manager window. Put an admin and limited user in each folder.
