Support for Windows' larger display DPI size

Currently I am using the 125% scheme on Windows and everything looks blurry.

Yes, that's a known issue. HeidiSQL is not really DPI aware, so Windows just scales its controls in a way that they look blurry. I already experimented with DPI awareness quite a few hours, but the results were horrible. The blurry controls are way better than my results where. See the downloadable builds for r5078 and r5107.
